  • Convert inbound calls from the hotel’s toll free numbers into reservations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Enroll guest in Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s loyalty program, Club Carlson
  • Makes guests aware of exciting hotel promotions and packages
  • Utilize sales skills for up-selling/cross selling opportunities
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine guests’ needs during hotel stays



  • Able to meet or exceed goals after completion of three week paid training class
  • Excellent communication, listening and reading comprehension skills
  • Able to maintain a high energy level in a repetitive environment
  • Aptitude for selling, able to be persuasive
  • Experience with keyboarding, data entry or other computer experience (20wpm)
  • 6 months previous experience working with customers, preferably in a phone environment

Schedule will include weekend shifts with a shift differential of .75/hour (6a-6p), $1.50/hour (6p-2a). Based on business need, those shifts will include 1 day or 2 days of the weekend.
