Markel FirstComp has an opportunity for a top performing Bilingual Customer Service Specialist. A successful candidate is preferred to have prior experience providing customer service in person or on inbound calls. You must have a pleasant and friendly phone voice. You must possess strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal skills. Candidate should be highly motivated, goal oriented, and feel confident in resolving most customer issues on first contact. Candidates who enjoy using computers will thrive in our business casual work environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidate must be fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish. Full time and part time opportunities are available. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm, no weekend or evenings. Selling is not a requirement of this position.
