The Douglas County Court is taking applications for a full time Records Clerk position. This is an entry level clerical position. Work involves a variety of general office duties including responding to routine inquiries, typing and computer functions under the supervision of the Clerk Magistrate of the Douglas County Court. Requirements include typing skills, computer and data entry skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Minimum Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: One year of clerical OR any experience working in a county court. The ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
Other Qualifications: Successful completion of “on the job training” in JUSTICE (the statewide computer system) will be required.
Beginning hourly salary range is $12.775 to $15.565. All applications must be received on or before March 16, 2015.
